My fees are as follows:
$200 per 50-minute session for individuals
$300 per 80-minute session for couples
We’ll meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and goals.
Sliding-scale spots are full at this time.
Intensive therapy programs (accelerated healing in a short period of time) start at $875.
Intensives can be scheduled on a one-time basis, or as recurring programs (monthly, quarterly, annual basis). Exact cost depends on your specific program. Click HERE to learn more about intensives.
As your therapist, I commit fully to your process. I reserve time + energy specifically for our sessions, and ask you to be equally dedicated so that we can do our best work together.
In order to effectively serve my clients, I maintain a caseload that aligns with my capacities. This allows me to avoid burnout and be fully present with you.
Outside of therapy sessions, I participate in ongoing trainings, consultation, supervision, readings, and learning spaces. I am committed to staying up-to-date on best therapy practices, inclusive frameworks, and holistic modalities so that I can continue to provide high-quality care.
Logistics
I do not accept health insurance, as I am not able to sustain myself financially or effectively serve my clients while beholden to insurance companies.
Full payment for sessions is due at the time of service.
I accept debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards for payment. Please check with your individual HSA/FSA plan around coverage for services and any potential gaps for eligibility.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that a diagnosis is required as part of the superbill paperwork.
Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as in the event of a no-show. In the event of an unavoidable conflict or emergency, we may be able to make other arrangement to avoid the cancellation fee.
